I have just finished reading a book recently published by Karen Schmidt. This book has been well written, well researched and is full of practical ideas about making the workplace a more enjoyable place to be. One of the things that Bright Young Things look for in an employer is a capacity and willingness to make the work environment a fun place to be.
Despite the obvious link between happy staff and productivity you'd be surprised at the number of bosses who just don't get it!
